Worker portal
Your crew, running their own admin.
One calendar on any phone. Workers set their availability, see their shifts by site, put their hands up for open shifts and upload their certificates. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
What workers can do
Availability by drag
Workers drag across the days they can work. The office rosters from what they can see, so current availability means better fills and fewer awkward calls.
Open shifts, one tap
Shifts that need filling are published to the crew. Anyone interested taps once, the office confirms, and the compliance check runs before the allocation lands.
Certificates from the phone
A photo of the new ticket, an expiry date, done. The office verifies it and the worker's eligibility updates everywhere at once.
Why there's no app to install.
Labour hire crews change every month, and every phone is different. An app that has to be found, installed, updated and logged into is friction you pay for in no-shows and phone calls. Mustr is a website that works on any phone browser. Workers bookmark it, or add it to their home screen, and they're in. Every login is protected with two-factor authentication, because the roster holds real people's details.
Curious what the crew actually sees? The worker walkthrough shows the calendar, availability and certificates screens.
On the phone
Built for a thumb, not a desk.
My roster is a list of shift cards, not a sideways-scrolling timeline squeezed onto a handset.
The next shift, front and centre
Current shift pinned at the top, upcoming shifts with a countdown, site, day or night, length, confirmed status and travel details on the card. Past shifts tuck away underneath.
Add to my calendar
One tap puts the shift in the calendar the worker already uses, so it turns up next to everything else in their week.
Told, not chased
Push notices and emails when a shift they're on changes, when they're taken off one, when it's cancelled, and when open shifts they can take are published. On iPhone, add Mustr to the home screen first and the app explains how.
Everyone picks how they're told.
There's a notifications page for workers, client site contacts and the office alike. Every notice that person can receive is listed with a tick for in the app and a tick for email: app only, email only, both, or nothing, set per notice or all at once. If your organisation has switched something off entirely it still shows, marked off for everyone, so nobody sits waiting on a notice that was never going to arrive.
Onboarding that finishes itself.
New starters walk through a wizard: their details, a headshot, the induction document to read and acknowledge, a fit-for-work declaration, competencies and availability, plus any steps your office has added. Each one is optional or mandatory, and the competencies step explains the honest reason for bothering: sites choose the tickets they need, so the more you have on file, the more shifts you see.
