Every plan is the whole platform: every feature, hosting, security and support. The only thing that changes with crew size is the price. No per-seat billing, so casuals coming and going don't move the bill. All prices include GST.

No lock-in contract. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current month.

Covers the initial build. Your workers, competency matrix and inductions loaded, portals branded, and your team shown how to run it. We can spread it across your first few months, and any balance still owing is due if you cancel before it's paid.

Seats you aren't using don't count
Someone between swings, on long leave, or off the tools for a while can be set inactive. They keep every certificate, shift and note, they can't be rostered, and their login is suspended. The nightly count bills on active logins, so they drop out of your user total until you switch them back on.
Why flat pricing
Per-seat billing punishes the way labour hire works.
Your headcount moves every week. Casuals join, finish up, come back for the next swing. Per-seat software turns all of that churn into billing admin. A flat bracket means the number is known, and every feature is on at every size.
The usual stack
A per-seat roster app plus a separate compliance platform runs north of $3,000 a month at 100 workers, on the vendors' own published pricing. And because they're separate systems, neither one stops the booking when a ticket expires.
