These terms cover your use of this website, usemustr.com.au, which is operated by Mustr ("we", "us"). Mustr is operated by Michael Kriewaldt, trading as Gray Area Consulting, ABN 21 204 805 163. By using the site you accept them. They're short and written to be read.
The platform has its own agreement
The Mustr platform at app.usemustr.com.au is provided to customers under a separate written agreement. If your organisation has one, that agreement governs your use of the platform, and where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins. These terms are about this website only.
Using this website
Use the site as it's intended: to learn about Mustr and to get in touch. Don't attempt to break it, probe it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, or submit forms with details that aren't yours. The demo form exists so real people can ask for a real demo.
Demo requests and free trials
Submitting the demo form asks us to contact you. It doesn't commit you to anything and it doesn't commit us to providing the platform. Nothing is agreed until both sides sign an agreement.
A free trial gives you a temporary workspace containing sample data, for evaluation. It runs for the stated period and then expires, it isn't a place for real workforce records, and we may end or decline a trial where it's being used for something other than evaluating Mustr. Continuing after a trial means a written agreement, same as any other customer.
Pricing on this site
Prices shown are in Australian dollars, include GST, and are current at the date at the top of this page. They're a straight statement of our standard plans, but the price for your organisation is the one confirmed in your proposal and agreement. We may change published pricing at any time; changes don't affect prices already agreed in writing.
Our content
The content on this site, including the Mustr name, logo, text and illustrations, belongs to us. You're welcome to reference it, link to it and quote it fairly. Don't republish it as your own or use the Mustr name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you when we don't.
Information, not advice
The information on this site is general and provided in good faith. We keep it accurate and current, but we don't promise it's free of errors. What Mustr does for your operation depends on your operation, which is exactly why the demo runs on your real roster.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded by agreement. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself.
Third-party services
This site links to the Mustr platform sign-in and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms, and our privacy policy explains what they see.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we each submit to the courts with jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.
