Setup is done for you, every plan is month to month, and your team is shown how to run it. Here's the path from first call to business as usual.
The three steps
1. We load your world
Your workers, clients, competency matrix and inductions go in, bulk-imported from the spreadsheets you already have. Portals get your logo and colours. This is what the one-time setup fee covers.
2. You roster against the rules
Build the roster on the timeline. Every assignment is checked against tickets, inductions and availability as you make it. Your team gets trained on the real thing, with your real data.
3. The portals take the load
Workers set availability and pick up open shifts from their phones. Clients watch their own roster and raise requests. The office stops being the switchboard.
No lock-in, at any size.
You don't sign a year on a promise. Your plan is set by crew size and runs month to month: $660 a month for up to 30 users, $990 up to 50, then $1,540 at 100 and up from there, GST included. Run one real site on it or your whole operation. If it isn't earning its keep, cancel, and it stops at the end of that month. The pricing page has a slider that shows your plan and price at your crew size.
What we need from you.
The honest answer: your data, in whatever state it's in. Worker lists, the competency matrix, client site requirements, current certs. Messy is fine, that's what the setup covers. The cleaner it arrives, the faster you're live, and we agree the timeline together during onboarding.
After go-live.
Hosting, monitoring, patching, backups and help desk support are in the monthly price. When your crew outgrows the plan, the price steps up a bracket and nothing else changes. No re-implementation, no migration, no downtime.
