Client portal

Your clients answer their own questions.

Each client site gets its own login. They see their roster and nothing else, raise shift requests straight into your queue, and keep flights and accommodation up to date. The phone stops ringing about things a screen can answer.

The client site's own view: their roster, their requests, their logistics.

What clients can do

Their site only

A client sees the roster for their site: who's coming, what role, whether they're compliant. Other clients and other sites are never visible to them.

Requests, not phone calls

Need someone next week? The client raises a request on their roster with the role and any specific competencies. It lands in your queue, you allocate, Mustr checks compliance.

They invite their own people

The site supervisor, the admin at head office: your client invites their own users, all scoped to their site, without you managing their staff list.

The quiet sales pitch in your operations.

When a client can open a page and see exactly who's rostered to their site, verified compliant, with flights booked and the induction current, you look like the most organised supplier they have. Most labour hire firms answer those questions by phone and email, one at a time. The portal answers them continuously, and it's included in every plan rather than sold as an extra.

The client walkthrough shows their view page by page.

Kept in the loop

Your client hears from the system, not from you.

Until recently a client found out what had happened to their request by logging in and looking. Now the news goes to them.

Client notices are per event, and each person chooses in-app, email, both or neither.

Crew allocated

Their request has been accepted, and here's who is coming. Every portal login at the site gets it, plus the site's nominated contact, by email and push.

Shift changed

Dates, day or night, or the allocated worker moved, with the previous details shown alongside the new ones so nobody has to work out what changed.

Shift cancelled

Cancellations used to notify nobody at all. Now the site knows, and so does the worker who was on it.

They can see cover is in motion.

A shift entered for a client's site shows on their roster as an unassigned, dashed shift even while it's still an office draft, so the client knows you're working on it before anyone is named. Drafts are view-only on their side, with no amending or cancelling until you release them, and your own crew still never see an unreleased shift.

When a client raises a request or amends one, your whole admin team is told the moment it happens, by email and push, so nothing sits unseen in the queue.
