Mustr wasn't designed in a capital-city boardroom. It was built in Queensland, on the real rosters of crews working remote Australian mine sites, where a missing ticket means someone gets turned around at the gate.
Why it exists.
Labour hire rostering has a shape that general-purpose software doesn't fit. Your people work on someone else's site, under someone else's induction, with tickets that expire on their own schedule. The roster app market mostly sells per-seat tools built for cafes, retail and clinics. The compliance market sells passports and registers that don't roster. Most labour hire firms end up gluing the two together with spreadsheets, and the glue is where the trouble lives.
Mustr was built to be the one system: the roster and the compliance engine in the same motion, with the check running before the booking is made, not after something goes wrong.
How we run it.
- Hosted in a certified Australian facility, on hardware we own. Your data stays onshore.
- Accounts are created deliberately, never by a public signup form. A free trial is a separate sandbox with sample data in it, and every login uses two-factor authentication.
- Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level.
- Daily encrypted backups held offsite, patching and monitoring as routine, a quarterly security review.
How we sell it.
One flat price per organisation, stepped by crew size, with everything included at every size, from $660 a month for a crew of 30. No lock-in contract: every plan is month to month. Published pricing on a public page, which is rarer in this market than it should be. If Mustr isn't the right fit for your operation, we'd rather work that out on a 20-minute call than after a contract.
